How to request a change of company registration information
To change the registered information of an enterprise in China, the enterprise must make an application to the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the jurisdiction where the enterprise was originally registered.
After obtaining the approval, the business must renew the company business license, which includes new information and supporting documents.
After changing the license, it is still necessary to change all company documents involved in other departments, such as taxation, banking, foreign exchange, customs…etc.
